Resignation of President & CEO of Woori Bank

Due to resignation of Mr. Hae-Choon Park, President & CEO of Woori Bank (a wholly owned subsidiary of Woori Finance Holdings Co., Ltd.) Mr. Soon Woo Lee, currently Executive Vice President and executive director of Woori Bank, will serve as acting CEO of Woori Bank until a new President & CEO is nominated. The resignation date is May 27, 2008.
