At the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Fortinet, Inc. (“Fortinet”) held on June 17, 2022 (the “Annual Meeting”), there were present, in person or by proxy, holders of 136,036,209 shares of common stock, or approximately 84.9% of the total outstanding shares eligible to be voted.
