Concentrations of Risk	Concentrations of Risk: The Company’s real estate investment portfolio is geographically diversified with properties in 18 states and Canada. The Company owns ski and mountain lifestyle properties in nine states and Canada with a majority of those properties located in the northeast, California and Canada. The Company’s attractions properties are located in eleven states with a majority located in the southern and western United States. During the year ended December 31, 2016, we had one tenant who generated more than 10% of total revenues from continuing operations. This tenant operates seven of our ski and mountain lifestyle properties and represented approximately $43.1 million of our consolidated revenues from continuing operations.
