Short-term and Long-term Borrowings

NOTE 7 -Short-term and Long-term Borrowings

Borrowings with an original maturity of less than one year are classified as short-term borrowings. MBB's federal funds purchasedare classified asshort-term borrowings. Borrowings with an original maturity of one year or more are classified as long-term borrowings. The Company's term note securitizations and long-term loan facilities are classified as long-term borrowings.
