On October 14, 2008, we distributed a letter, or the Unit Holder Letter, to the unit holders of NNN 2003 Value Fund, LLC regarding the suspension of cash distributions effective November 1, 2008. The full text of the Unit Holder Letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
