ArcelorMittal announces the repurchase of 25 million shares from Carlo Tassara International

Luxembourg, 20 February 2008 - ArcelorMittal, under its share buy-back program, hereby announces that on Tuesday 19 February 2008 it has repurchased 25 million shares from Carlo Tassara International SA.

The shares were repurchased at a price of EUR 46.60 per share and for a total amount of EUR 1,165,000,000.
