APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS

On March 22, 2007, Fidel Thomas resigned for personal reasons as a director and
officer of AMP Productions, Ltd.  On the same date, Thomas Mills was appointed
in his place as our new Secretary.
