Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 4 - DUE TO A SHAREHOLDER As of December 31, 2012 and 2011, the Company has amount due to a shareholder of $1,006,551 and $754,582, respectively. The amount due to a shareholder is unsecured, interest-free and will not be required to repay to the shareholder until such time that the Company has the necessary financial resources to repay the amount due.
