Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 16 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS For the nine months ended June 30, 2012, the Company has evaluated subsequent events for potential recognition disclosure. There were no significant events occurred subsequent to the balance sheet date but prior to the filing of this report that would have a material impact on our consolidated financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
