Debt Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 6 - NOTES PAYABLE On March 31, 2011, the Company issued certain promissory notes with an aggregate principal amount of $2,368,471 (Note 1) to the former shareholders of China Digital pursuant to the Share Exchange Agreement. Such notes were settled in full in May, 2011.
