("AIPC") of a number of the underlying shares having a value based on the market price of AIPC's stock on the date of exercise, equal to the exercise price. Only the net shares (representing the value of the appreciation) are issued. Shares held by the Walter N. George Trust u/t/a May 24, 2000, as amended (the "Trust"). Mr. George is the trustee of the Trust. 12,846 shares were transferred to the Trust by gift on March 16, 2010.
