&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:10pt;"&gt;years&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:10pt;"&gt;. If a borrower defaults on its commitment(s) subject to any letter of credit issued under these arrangements, we would be required to meet the borrower's financial obligation and would seek repayment of that financial obligation from the borrower. We are responsible for indemnifying the current owners for any remediation, including costs of removal and disposal of asbestos that existed prior to the sales, through the third anniversary date of the sale.
