The option shares vest over three years and have an expiration date of September 29, 2011. On March 7, 2007, pursuant to the Company's 1999 Directors' Stock Option Plan (the "Plan"), the Company issued to General Harvey options to purchase 10,000 shares of Common Stock in consideration of his service as a member of the Company's Board of Directors in calendar year 2006.
