ITEM 7.01     REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today its preliminary RevPAR results for the fourth quarter of 2020. The Company expects to report RevPAR for all hotels in the portfolio decreased approximately 70% for the fourth quarter compared to the prior year quarter.
