Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In October 2014, we entered into a purchase and sale agreement to sell the Mobile Homewood Suites. The sale is expected to close on November 12, 2014. The carrying value of the land, building and furniture, fixtures and equipment was approximately $7.2 million at September 30, 2014.
