Employee Benefit Plans

We maintain a qualified 401(k) savings plan, in which all U.S. based employees are eligible to participate, provided they meet the requirements of the plan. We match certain employee contributions under the 401(k) savings plan and for the years ended December 31, 2024, 2023 and 2022 we recorded expense of $16.4 million, $13.4 million and $10.6 million, respectively, related to this plan.

We also operate a number of defined contribution retirement plans for certain non-U.S. based employees. Expenses related to contributions to such plans for the years ended December 31, 2024, 2023 and 2022 were $15.2 million, $14.0 million and $14.6 million, respectively.
