Subsequent Events

10. Subsequent Events:

The General Partner evaluates events that occur after the balance sheet date but before and up until financial statements are available to be issued. The General Partner has assessed the subsequent events through the date the financial statements were issued and has determined that, other than disclosed below, there were no subsequent events requiring adjustment to or disclosure in the financial statements.

On January 31, 2019, the Partnership fully redeemed its investment in Willowbridge Master. Also, effective January 31, 2019, Willowbridge ceased to act as a commodity trading advisor to the Partnership.

Effective on or about February 1, 2019, the Partnership allocated a portion of its assets to John Street Capital LLP (“John Street”), which is managed and traded by John Street pursuant to John Street’s Systematic Strategy Program.

Effective March 6, 2019, Maureen O’Toole resigned as a director of the General Partner.
