Subsequent events, through the filing of this report, included the following:

Acquisition of EigenLight Corporation

On November 2, 2015, the Company closed an acquisition of the business and products of EigenLight Corporation for cash consideration of $0.4million in an asset transaction. The Company will account for the acquisition as a business combination upon closing. The initial purchase accounting for this transaction was not yet complete at the filing of this report.
