CHANGES IN COMMON STOCK	CHANGES IN COMMON STOCK In the first nine months of 2020, we repurchased 10.0 million shares of common stock for $163.0 million under our securities repurchase program. The Company had remaining repurchase authority of $369.3 million as of September 30, 2020. In the first nine months of 2020, dividends declared on common stock totaled $50.4 million ($0.35 per common share). In May 2020, the Company increased its quarterly common stock dividend to $0.12 per share from $0.11 per share.
