Other Comprehensive Income
In June 2011, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) amended the disclosure requirements for the presentation of comprehensive income. The amended requirements eliminate the option to present components of other comprehensive income (OCI) as part of the statement of changes in equity. Under the amended requirements, all changes in OCI are to be presented either in a single continuous statement of comprehensive income or in two separate but consecutive financial statements. In addition, entities will be required to disclose reclassification adjustments between other comprehensive income and net income separately on the face of the financial statements. The changes are effective for fiscal years and interim periods beginning after December 15, 2011, and retrospective application is required. Accordingly, we will adopt these provisions January 1, 2012. These amendments only affect financial statement presentation and will not have an impact on our financial position or results of operations.

Fair Value Measurements
In May 2011, the FASB issued amended guidance and disclosure requirements for fair value measurements. The new guidance results in a consistent definition of fair value and common requirements for measurement of and disclosure about fair value between GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards. These changes are effective for interim and annual periods beginning on or after December 15, 2011, and early adoption is not permitted. Accordingly, we will adopt these provisions January 1, 2012, and we do not expect the amended guidance to have a material impact on our financial position, results of operations or disclosures.
