On August 16, 2011, we paid a quarterly cash distribution totaling $21.1 million, or $0.495 per unit, related to the second quarter of 2011. On October 28, 2011, we announced a quarterly cash distribution of $0.495 per unit related to the third quarter of 2011. This distribution will be paid on November 16, 2011 to unitholders of record on November 8, 2011, and totals $21.1 million.
