On April 15, 2020, The Providence Service Corporation issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, LogistiCare Solutions, LLC (“LogistiCare”), has appointed Kenneth W. Wilson as the Chief Operating Officer of LogistiCare, effective May 4, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
