The Company uses receivable securitization facilities in the normal course of business as part of managing its cash flows. In connection with certain receivable securitization facilities, the Company recognized deferred purchase price receivables of $149 and $83 at September 30, 2017 and December 31, 2016, which were included in prepaid expenses and other current assets in the Consolidated Balance Sheet. The net change in deferred purchase price receivable was reflected in the receivables line item in the Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows.
