(c)	Crown Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) has appointed Jozef Salaerts, age 53, as President of its Asia-Pacific Division effective May 1, 2007.
	Mr. Salaerts is currently a Senior Vice President of the Company’s Asia-Pacific Division. Along with this position, Mr. Salaerts has served as the Division’s Senior Vice President for South East Asia & Closures Asia and as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer during the past five years.
