REORGANIZATION EXPENSES	REORGANIZATION EXPENSESFor the three and nine months ended September 30, 2023, reorganization expenses were $29 million attributable to impairments of computer software assets and severance costs associated with the departures of certain employees mainly related to the Company's "How We Work" program which focuses on simplifying the Company’s operating structure. For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022, reorganization expenses were $6 million and $22 million, respectively, attributable to severance costs and impairments of computer software assets associated with the Company's exit from catastrophe and property reinsurance lines of business which was part of an overall approach to reduce the Company's exposure to volatile catastrophe risk.
