TRANSACTION AND REORGANIZATION EXPENSES	For the three and nine months ended months ended September 30, 2019, transaction and reorganization expenses were $11 million (2018: $16 million) and $29 million (2018: $48 million), respectively, related to the Company's transformation program which was launched in 2017. This program encompasses the integration of Novae which commenced in the fourth quarter of 2017, the realignment of the Company's accident and health business, together with other initiatives designed to increase efficiency and enhance profitability while delivering a customer-centric operating model.
