COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES [Text Block]	We purchase reinsurance coverage for our insurance lines of business. The minimum reinsurance premiums are contractually due in advance on a quarterly basis. Actual payments under the reinsurance contracts will depend on the underlying subject premium and may exceed the minimum premium. In addition, we have entered into a reinsurance agreement that covers both our insurance and reinsurance segments for a period longer than one year. At June 30, 2014, we have outstanding reinsurance purchase commitments of $131 million relating to these annual and multi-year agreements. Refer 'Note 3 - Investments' for information on commitments related to our investment portfolio.
