(e) On June 6, 2013, AXIS Specialty Limited, a subsidiary of AXIS Capital Holdings Limited, a Bermuda company, entered into Amendment No. 1 to the Employment Agreement dated December 31, 2010 with John W. Gressier, Chief Executive Officer, AXIS Insurance. The amendment extends the term of Mr. Gressier's employment through December 31, 2016. A copy of the amendment is filed as Exhibit 10.1 hereto.
