SUBSEQUENT EVENT	12. SUBSEQUENT EVENT Subsequent to September 30, 2011, the remaining outstanding warrants were exercised on a cashless basis pursuant to the terms of the applicable warrant agreements, resulting in a lower number of shares being issued than the number of warrants exercised. Accordingly, we issued 1,040,894 shares upon the exercise of 1,725,137 warrants.
