Quarterly Dividend.

Pursuant to delegated authority from the Board of Directors of Western Alliance Bancorporation, the Audit Committee declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock at the meeting held on October 29, 2020. The dividend will be payable November 27, 2020 to shareholders of record as of November 13, 2020.
