The RSUs are subject to time-based vesting conditions, vesting 33% on the first anniversary of the Grant Date (1,497 RSUs), 33% on the second anniversary of the Grant Date (1,497 RSUs), and 34% on the third anniversary of the Grant Date (1,543 RSUs).
