SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENT On April 15, 2024, the Company announced that it is entering into a strategic agreement with Striver, a Dubai-based executive search organization. This agreement will allow the Company to partner with new and existing clients for their senior talent acquisition needs in the Middle East region. The Company has not yet completed the accounting for this agreement.
