Subsequent Events On August 15, 2013, the Company entered into an agreement with Cathay whereby Cathay agreed, subject to certain conditions precedent, to forbear from foreclosing on the security interest securing the Loan Agreement until September 30, 2013. In connection with the forbearance, the Company agrees to pay Cathay the outstanding and unpaid balance of the loan on September 30, 2013. In addition, as of August 15, 2013, the interest rate under the loan equals 11 percent. All proceeds from the sale of projects and any payments received from KDC shall be applied to loan payment.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
