During March 2005 the Registrant purchased a pool of sub-prime auto loans. Accordingly, the Registrant had operations during the quarter ended March 31, 2006 that were not comparable to operations for the prior comparative quarter. The Registrant had revenues of approximately $4,000 and an approximate net loss of $15,000 for the quarter ended March 31, 2006, subject to review and change.
