The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company was held July 21, 2010, at the Company’s headquarters at 1115 Orlando Avenue, Roseville, California 95661-5247 at 10:00 a.m. local time. The following proposals, each of which is described in the definitive proxy statement filed by the Company with the SEC on May 24, 2010, were submitted to and approved by the stockholders at the meeting:
