As of June 30, 2013 there are customer relationships classified as intangible assets with a net book value of </font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:10pt;color:#000000;text-decoration:none;">$72.6 million</font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:10pt;"> which are directly associated with the Plant and will terminate with the shut-down of the Plant.
