10. Subsequent Events:

The General Partner evaluates events that occur after the balance sheet date but before and up until financial statements are available to be issued. The General Partner has assessed the subsequent events through the date the financial statements were issued and has determined that, other than disclosed below, there were no subsequent events requiring adjustment to or disclosure in the financial statements.

The General Partner and the Partnership have entered into a management agreement effective as of February 1, 2019, with ADG Capital Management LLP (“ADG”), a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales, pursuant to which ADG acts as a commodity trading advisor for the Partnership. Effective February 1, 2019, ADG trades the Partnership’s assets allocated to it indirectly through an investment in CMF ADG Master Fund LLC and pursuant to ADG’s Systematic Macro Strategy.
