Defined Benefit Pension Expense	(9) Defined Benefit Pension Expense As of March 31, 2013, the Company's fair value of plan assets was $26.2 million and the projected benefit obligation was $39.8 million resulting in an unfunded status of $13.6 million. The net periodic pension cost for the period March 18 through March 31, 2013 was not material.
