Accrued Officer's Compensation	10. Accrued Officer’s Compensation The Company accrued compensation for Brookstein in the amount of $7,500 during the three months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, the unpaid balance was $105,000 and $90,000 as of June 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014, respectively.
