(TSX: PTS) (Nasdaq: PCOM) (“Points” or the “Company”), the global leader in powering loyalty commerce, announced today that all resolutions put to the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 9, 2019 were passed, including the reappointment of the company’s directors and the appointment of Leontine Atkins and Jane Skoblo as new members of the board.
