EARNINGS PER SHARE	(2) EARNINGS PER SHARE: We follow Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) Section 260 - “Earnings per Share”. This section provides for the calculation of basic and diluted earnings per share. The data on Page 2 shows the amounts used in computing earnings per share and the effects on income. As of January 1, 2022 and January 2, 2021, no stock options were outstanding.
