EARNINGS PER SHARE	(2) EARNINGS PER SHARE: We follow Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) Section 260 - “Earnings per Share”. This section provides for the calculation of basic and diluted earnings per share. The data on Page 3 shows the amounts used in computing earnings per share and the effects on income and the weighted average number of shares of potentially dilutive common stock equivalents. As of January 2, 2016 and December 27, 2014, no stock options were outstanding.
