During the thirteen weeks ended June 28, 2014, we did not purchase any shares of our common stock. During the thirty nine weeks ended June 28, 2014, we purchased 800 shares of our common stock from the Joseph G. Flanigan Charitable Trust for an aggregate purchase price of $10,000. During the thirteen weeks ended June 29, 2013, we did not purchase any shares of our common stock. During the thirty nine weeks ended June 29, 2013, we purchased 800 shares of our common stock from the Joseph G. Flanigan Charitable Trust for an aggregate purchase price of $6,200.
