STOCK OPTION PLAN	(7) STOCK OPTION PLANS: At a May 15, 2014 meeting, our Board of Directors terminated our stock option plan. As of June 28, 2014, no options to acquire shares were outstanding under the plan or otherwise and as a result of the termination of the plan, no options to acquire shares were available for grant under the plan. No stock options were granted during the thirty nine weeks ended June 28, 2014, nor were stock options granted during the thirty nine weeks ended June 29, 2013. No stock options were exercised during the thirty nine weeks ended June 28, 2014, nor were stock options exercised during the thirty nine weeks ended June 29, 2013. There was no stock option activity during the thirty nine weeks ended June 28, 2014, nor was there stock option activity during the thirty nine weeks ended June 29, 2013.
