During the thirty nine weeks ended June 29, 2013, we purchased 800 shares of our common stock from the Joseph G. Flanigan Charitable Trust for an aggregate purchase price of $6,200. During the thirteen weeks ended June 30, 2012, we did not purchase any shares of our common stock.
