Finite-Lived and Indefinite-Lived Intangible Assets Acquired as Part of Business Combination
The fair value of the identified intangible assets, including the trade name, student roster, and lead conversions was determined using the income-based approach. The fair value of curricula and accreditation, licensing, and Title IV identified intangible assets was determined using the cost approach.
