NOTE 13 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	On September 7, 2012 the Company issued 6,610,000 shares to Richard Genovese in conversion of $661,000 principal amount of debt held. On October 16, 2012 the Company issued 5,714,286 shares to JANST Limited at a share purchase price of $0.07 for an investment of $400,000.
