Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On November 12, 2013, the Company announced that it will begin immediately to wind down its CodeXyme^® cellulase enzymes program. As a result, the Company has committed to a restructuring plan to reduce the cost structure to align with the Company's projected future revenues from its pharmaceutical business. The restructuring plan includes a reduction of approximately 16 employees in the United States. The Company expects to record a charge of approximately $0.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2013, consisting primarily of employee severance and related benefits. Cash payments for restructuring related costs are expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2014.
