Beteiligungs KG ("ABMPIIIKG"), and Alta Embarcadero BioPharma Partners III, LLC ("AEBPIII") disposed of 55,626, 3,736 and 1,371 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock, respectively, on the public market at an average price of $17.54 per share.
