Capital Stock	Note 3 – Capital Stock On March 12, 2011, the Company entered into a share purchase agreement with an officer of the Company, for the sale and issuance of 1,391 shares of common stock at a price of $0.03 per share. In the 4^th quarter of 2011, the Company issued 7,795 shares of common stock for services at a price of $0.03 per share. On March 16, 2017, the Company effected a 1 for 4,000 reverse stock split. All share and per share information have been retroactively adjusted for this reverse stock split.
